The advice I provide is tailored to each client’s individual circumstances, goals and objectives. I hate the cookie cutter approach to advice taken by many advisers and value the practice where I work as it encourages an individualised approach to investment and strategy development.

I enjoy working in financial planning because while it requires an analytical approach, building relationships with people is at the heart of the job.

I love what I do! Meeting a wide variety of people is the most interesting and rewarding part of my job. It may be challenging at times as everyone is different and requires a different approach but once you have gained clients’ trust, it is a highly satisfying job.
My mother has always been my rock and I guess I have inherited a lot from her. My father died in a car accident back in 1988, when I was 6 years old. My mum had to support me and my brother and started her own small business (making and selling clothes).
Having to raise two children, she was to us a true example of inner strength and business flare, often working 7 days a week for over three decades.
She has given me a lot of opportunities she never had such as a high-quality education and support, which I can draw on in my day-to-day life.
Born in Russia, a major turning point in my life occurred when I was just 15, in 1998. I was awarded a scholarship to study at a high school in Fort Worth, Texas in the USA, as part of FLEX (Future Leaders Exchange Program), which is funded by the US government.
I was selected (with about 30 other people) among thousands of applicants. This unique opportunity changed my outlook on life – it made me take a much more international perspective of the world and proved to me that if you want something, you should go for it no matter how slim the odds may seem. I met some wonderful people in the US who will be forever in my heart.
I joined the P3 Financial Planning team in April 2017. Upon completing my Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and Master of Science in Business Analysis & Finance in England, I commenced employment in the treasury department at a mid-sized retail bank in Moscow, Russia, where I worked for 3 years.
Soon after arriving in Australia in 2014, I completed my Diploma of Financial Services and starting working in the financial planning field.
Since then, I have gained considerable industry experience.
Outside work, I enjoy nothing more than being by the sea with my husband Graham and our fur child Chewbacca as I lived for many years in a climate where sunshine is in rather short supply.
